Hi everyone, we are less than 2 weeks away from running our final I Love Chess rapid chess event for this year on Sunday 16th November.
The new New Zealand Chess Federation constitution was passed a couple of weeks ago. It will lead to increased costs for rated chess tournaments starting next year, for both chess players and chess organisers. This will obviously effect our termly event. Format changes and pricing changes will be expected for next year.

(NOTE: Our event usually finishes very early than expected.
Last time we were finished by 12:40PM.)
